PPA198 Color Challenge and Paper Players Bright Blossoms Thank You

Disclaimer, this card is not perfect! I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and the imperfections on this card are glaring to me (if you don't see them at first glance, don't look too hard!). But I love it anyway, and can't wait to make a perfect version.

I love the combination of colors given by the PPA color challenge. Unfortunately, I had to make some modifications to my original design since my one sheet of summer starfruit went MIA. I just had scraps to work with. And I only have the old felt style ink pad for Old Olive, so my images are a bit blotchy.

I've also met the paper players challenge of 3. And without further ado, here's my card:

Tulips in pool party with old olive leaves and a tiny circle of summer starfruit peeking out. The layout of the card, and the white on white die cut letters were inspired by this card. This card looks simple, but boy was it hard to get right - I stamped it 4 times with my stamp-a-majig, and it's still far from perfect...

Close up of the thank you letters made with the Billboard Alphabet Decorative Strip Sizzlit (retired).

I respect the degree of difficulty on this card! Yes, what appears to be clean and simple is not always simple! Your flowers are so perfectly aligned and I love the white on white letters. Really great look! Thanks for sharing with us at Pals Paper Arts this week!

Oh my, I just love this card! It makes my three-lovin' heart go pitter patter! I am amazed that you got all the letters from the Billboard alpha lined up so well...I always had trouble with them! A perfect CAS creation! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at the Paper Players this week, and playing my "three spree" challenge! And BTW, you still have word verification turned on, which makes it more challenging for readers to comment..and we want you to get as many comments as you deserve! If you need help turning it off, just let me or one of the PP team know!
